2 Foot Yard has completed mastering the second disc (borrowed arms) and will release an EP+ during the Fall European tour followed by the complete CD. “Animal 29” will be made available on-line only. They’ve begun work on a third masterpiece.

The Book of Knots live show at the Blender Theater in New York (Gramercy) was amazing. Carla Bozulich opened the show with a brilliant and beautiful set followed by a rocking good time with Jon Langford.

The Book of Knots, backed by Illuminea, performed works from both their discs. They were joined by Carla Bozulich, Megan Reilly, Aaron Lazar, Rick Moody, Jon Langford, and Shahzad Ismaily. The raging milieu was expertly managed by Matthias Bossi.

The group will rehearse in the San Francisco area in the Fall followed by two live shows.

We look forward to the MOCA-Chicago show in February 2008. A viewer’s guide to the monsters is being developed based on woodblock prints for the show.
